Join us for an ecstatic dance 💃🏻 at Edgemont Healing Center!

Our motto is “out of the head, in to the body”.

Join us, MARCH 19 from 6-8 as we drop in to the heart energy and dance in ecstatic celebration of life.

 Loose all inhibitions in a fun and safe, sober space!

Set the intention for your week by loosening up in a free flow with your friends of the community. Let’s get weird and playful!

When we step in to the circle of ecstatic dance, we get to include our whole selves, even the frightened parts that want to hide.

The described effects of ecstatic dance include a feeling of connection with others, indeed of "universal relatedness", and with the dancer's own emotions; serving as a meditation, providing a way of coping with stress and restoring serenity;

Please arrive on time as we will have an opening circle, dance wildly, and then close out the space with a group share of what is alive for everyone. ✨
