About the Event

Join us for a Recalibabration Breathwork Journey for our nervous system!

In this intimate group session, we will activate our parasympathetic nervous system to allow for deep restoration and recalibration of our emotional, spiritual, and physical bodies, as we anchor in our soul's calling for this new year.

Breath is the carrier wave of life itself, the bridge between spirit and matter, the conscious and the unconscious, and the chariot of the soul.

We invite you in to the sanctuary of your inner temple where we can reach expanded states of consciousness together in the most natural of forms.

Conscious Connected Breathwork allows us to remember who we are on the most organic and delicate level,

as it seeks to clear all that stands in the way of our most vibrant human expression and uninhibited embodiment.

In our journeys, we honor the parasympathetic response, longer journeys, nourishing/safe/therapeutic/ceremonial containers, free-form/uninhibited expression, and an intentionally-crafted nose-inhale methodology to invite a more full-spectrum and holistic quality to the work.

We also place an emphasis on post-breathwork integration, regenerative savasana, deep circling/processing/sharing/witnessing, and sacred recalibration after the journey. You will experience an impeccability of craft in your session, for we fully honor the depth and magnitude of the powerful healing medicine that is conscious, connected breathwork.

By working with the feminine principle, we teach the deeply-needed ethos of allowance over force; nose (the intelligent path of breath) over mouth; sensitivity over non-sensitivity; parasympathetic over sympathetic; working with our unique physiology and inborn needs rather than pushing past them, etc, all as a foundational starting point to cultivate a relationship with breath as medicine. For we cannot summit a mountain until we take those first walks amidst the trees, breathing in the gift of those subtleties and working our way to the peaks...

With every breath as a sacred summoning to reclaim our most authentic, embodied, loving and enlivened selves. To Walk in Beauty means to walk in holistic harmony with all things. Living, being, relating and acting in a Beauty Way completely shifts our perception of life, to imbue a deep interconnected reverence into all that we are and continue to become and blossom into.

We will open the container with a cacao ceremony with cacao sourced from the beautiful land of Lake Atilan, Guatemala, intention setting and settle in to our personal breathwork nests. We will then begin the full conscious connected breathwork session, with Rachel leading the ceremony of breath.

After the breathwork session, we will then transition in to a sound bath meditation for an integrated shavasana and post breathwork recalibration.

After the journey we will open the cirle for post breathwork processing in the group container.

What do you bring?

Your highest level of commitment to self

Yoga mat, blankets, eye mask or something to cover eyes, water bottle, journal

Before the session:

avoid consuming any alcohol or intoxicating substances and do not eat a large meal. Make sure all food is digested at least 1 hour before and eat lightly in the hours prior. Avoid coffee at least 3 hours before Breathwork. Caffeinated tea or cacao is ok right before the journey. Coffee in the morning is fine if it's a part of your routine. If you have low blood sugar, have nuts or a piece of fruit nearby

Take space for yourself in the hour before our live session, drink some water, make sure you have eaten something (digested 1 hour before), ground in (in nature if you can), set an intention and clear your energetic field.
