This protocol was created in honor of the clearing of the toxins built up from our recent pandemic and the lasting effects brought to earth and its inhabitants.
EMF, Heavy Metals and Spike Proteins - What are they and how do they interact with our bodies?
There are a few connections, and I will put them into layman's terms in this PDF so that you’re not overwhelmed and we can get to the detoxing. EMFs, heavy metals and spike proteins are considered pathogens, meaning that they cause damage to your DNA and tissues, which increases the amount of energy and nutrients your body needs to use to repair your DNA. This will lower your immunity and overall health.
EMF stands for electromagnetic frequencies, there are low frequency and high frequency waves with varying degrees of harm. Alone, EMFs cause damage to tissues but EMFs have been shown to drive the heavy metals deeper into the tissues; this mobilizes the metals in the body. It creates an electrical current which deharmonizes the body’s systems. In the recent mRNA vaccine, to make it more effective, they used SPIO (superparamagnetic iron oxide), which, in short, is a very specific type of heavy metal. So the vaccine is making DNA fold differently now (we will see the effects of this in coming years). Other vaccines have been shown to affect iron binding in the hemoglobin causing non-magnetic bound iron to become unbound and magnetic… this is likely what is causing blood clots and other adverse reactions.
I am creating this protocol for anyone to detox. Whether you are jabbed or unjabbed, no judgement. We are all exposed to a lot of toxicity that most of us are not aware of. Unfortunately pharmaceutical companies and big tech and the government don't actually care about our health they just care about their bottom line, it's honestly pretty nefarious.
Spike proteins attack your cells, damage your endothelial tissues and cause deterioration, so your body needs to use energy to repair your cells. Spike proteins are by no means a new phenomenon, it's a pathogenic protein that allows a virus to enter through a cell wall. The ones in the vaccine are different..
So basically, we are currently in a situation where the body is working in overdrive to protect itself and stay regulated. I would like to add that although more research is coming out no one knows exactly what the side effects of these injections are and how they will affect those around. What we do know about is the dangers of EMF exposure. I highly recommend reading Dr. Mercola’s book EMF’d it has a lot of great tips on how to lower emf levels in your home. Two things that are the easiest and most impactful things you can do right now to lower your EMF exposure (for your loved ones and pets too) is to turn the Bluetooth off on your phone. Bluetooth puts out 5 times as much EMF when it's on. The second thing is turning your router off at night or getting a timer for it, you will probably start to notice deep sleep.
Heavy Metals, EMF and Minerals
The more heavy metals we have in our body, the more susceptible we are to EMFs/5G. Our bodies are constantly being bombarded by both. Heavy metals are in our food, air and water. But we do have a natural defense system. A well mineralized body. Unfortunately we often lack these 17 essential minerals(and often some vital vitamins too) because of stress(emotional and environmental) soil depletion due to soil stripping industrial farming practices, processed food consumption, straying from ancestral diets, inflammation and childhood injections.
The RDA (recommended daily amount) for minerals and vitamins is very low. It's based on the average very unhealthy American, they are levels that you will barely survive at, but we need to aim to thrive. So, there are a few minerals we need to get large doses of. With that said, I do not recommend high dosing of all minerals. You can throw off a delicate balance, as certain minerals have an inverse relationship with each other. However there are a few you can safely take higher doses of that actually help activate other vitamins and minerals and act as a protectant for the body.
Iron, Neurodegenerative disorders and Anemia
Let’s talk about Iron, non heme Iron specially. Like what is enriched into all our processed “health” foods like breakfast cereal(which is literally enriched with iron filings) and supplements given to us by doctors for anemia. Non heme iron supplementation is how we deplete our copper levels, iron and copper have an inverse relationship to each other, copper is a vital mineral for our health. Copper deficiency is often the true cause behind anemia and we are currently seeing a rise in this post jab. Well get into that more in a bit. We are also seeing a rise in neurodegenerative disorders. Although lifestyle( nutrition and gut health) plays a huge role, many neurodegenerative disorders are associated with heavy metals in the brain like non heme iron and aluminum. When we have a large amount of heavy metal this can cause a negative gene expression.
We are seeing a rise in both anemia and neurodegenerative disorder (especially POTS) because of the iron oxidase used in the injection. Our bodies are reacting to this non heme iron. Mineralization is more important than ever.
Magnesium Bicarbonate & Electrolytes
The first mineral I want to talk about is Magnesium. Also known as the miracle mineral. Magnesium is responsible for assisting in over 700 enzymatic processes in the body. Magnesium deficiency is very common, an estimated 80 -90% of Americans are deficient. Eating more magnesium rich foods is not enough, we burn through it from environmental stress like pollution and pesticides and pharmaceuticals like birth control pills are a huge drain. It is also no longer every present in the soil.There are many types of magnesium that you can supplement that have different benefits but for our purposes we are going to focus on one type, magnesium bicarbonate. It used to be present in our spring water but for the most part we don't drink spring water and the spring water we get at the store is often pretty low mineral content. The main mineral that we used to get in spring water was magnesium bicarbonate. Magnesium Bicarbonate is not only an extremely bioavailable and natural form of magnesium but it has been shown to pull heavy metals out of the brain. And there is long historical precedence for this, during the Roman Empire people with lead poisoning (although they hadn't realized that was what it was yet) would go the to the mineral spring bath outside of Rome to bath and drink from them and would heal, they didn't realize that they were detoxing lead from the newly installed lead pipes in the city.
Many of the things I will share with you here are ancient knowledge. We have been aware of the healing and detoxing power of minerals for thousands of years. The RDA for Magnesium is 250 mg- barely surviving

By getting the metals out of your brain and body you will be less susceptible to EMF and 5G. Electromagnetism affects our bodies, this is nothing new.Microwaves, cell phones, wifi etc have been detrimental to our health for decades. These waves are out of sync with natural frequency. Our menstrual cycles are highly sensitive to magnetic energy. Anything that contains water and minerals(us!) is electromagnetic. Our body's electrolytes are magnesium, potassium and sodium. Having enough electrolytes in our body allows our frequency to be stronger and we are less susceptible to toxic frequency. Magnesium actually helps with potassium levels and consuming a high quality pink himalayan or celtic sea salt(both are mineral rich) is also very important to help protect and strengthen your “charge.”
Shungite is a stone of petrified wood charcoal. Charcoal is carbon and carbon absorbs everything(even radioactivity near chernobyl) Shungite has a layer of semi conductive silicon and can absorb electromagnetic radiation. I recommend wearing it, putting it on your phone, or having it around your house and router.
Fulvic & Humic Acid
You lose electromagnetic minerals when you are subjected to electromagnetic radiation. The injection is actually causing people to have higher levels of radiation because there are magnetic microparticles being used in the injections. It’s important to keep your minerals high. Fulvic acid based minerals are a great and safe way to do that. Fulvic and Humic Acid can also help remove heavy metals from your body(including those left over from childhood injections) or
from enriched foods or environmental sources. These soil based substances hinder the propagation of Prions. Prions are pathogens that have been linked to some neurodegenerative disorders also known as Prion’s disease. These acids can help stop the replication of spike proteins and prions. Shilajit contains Fulvic acid it is the main active ingredient, I prefer fulvic acid to shilajit because fulvic acid contains silica and humic acid and is extracted from peat bog not shale like shilajit, Fulvic acid is also one of my top supplements to decalcify the pineal gland. Fulvic acid also contains a mineral called Boron. Boron also helps to decalcify the pineal gland and has been shown to protect against Chemical spraying(chem trails) which also contain nanoparticles. Fulvic acid has been shown to stop the replication of viruses, basically it helps you lower your toxic load.
The less toxic you are- the less exosomes and toxic cellular debris is produced.

TRS is water bound zeolite. This can also help remove heavy metals. You may feel detoxy from this, it's not a mineral. When you use TRS, you are not putting anything back into your body you are just stripping so you need to properly mineralize through food and supplementation when you are taking TRS.
I would start with 1 spray before bed and work your way up slowly to 5 sprays. Heavy metals, candida and parasites all have a sort of symbiotic relationship. They sort of all feed on and support each other. So don't be surprised if you pass a parasite!
Selenium is another mineral that most of us are deficient in.Selenium has a powerful affinity for mercury and protects you from the accumulation of heavy metals like aluminum, cadmium, lead and arsenic.This is also the main mineral for activating our immune system. It also helps lower inflammation and prevents oxidation of the lipid layer. Selenium activates zinc, copper and iodine(which is also important to detoxing metals out of our glandular system) I recommend taking selenoexcell, a type of selenium, it is the most bioavailable and inexpensive.
You will want to take a dose that is about 3 to 5 times the RDA
Pine Needle Tea
There is a potential antidote to the current spike protein contagion which is called Suramin. It’s found in many forests around the world, in Pine needles. Suramin has inhibitory effects against components of the coagulation cascade
and against the inappropriate replication and modification of RNA and DNA. Excessive coagulation causes blood clots, mini-clots, strokes, and unusually heavy menstrual cycles.
Pine needle tea is one of the most potent antioxidants there is and it’s known to treat cancer, inflammation, stress and depression, pain and respiratory infections. Pine tea also kills parasites.
Fresh pine needles from appropriate trees have been used for centuries as sources of vitamin C and other phytochemicals that Native Americans used to treat respiratory infections and other ailments. Pine needles contain many other substances that appear to reduce platelet aggregation in the blood, potentially preventing blood clots that lead to strokes, heart attacks and pulmonary embolism diagnoses. Also known as Bowellia, helps regulate the blood and studies have shown that it can actually suppress cancer cell activation through activating genes that are responsible for cell cycle arrest. Studies have shown that it can distinguish between healthy cells and unhealthy or cancerous cells and induce cell death (apoptosis) in those unhealthy cells. It can actually affect the expression of genes especially involving inflammation(reduced cytokines), immune response(enhanced t cell activity) and tissue remodeling in human cells. There is discussion around it being able to refold RNA.
You can put some drops in Magnesium chloride oil and put it on your body or directly over your womb.
Animal Fats- Vitamins A, D, K & E
Cutting out processed food is key. You want to limit sugar and processed carbohydrates. Eat organic local food whenever possible. Eat real food. Real foods that have no other ingredients because they don't come in a package or have a nutrition label. You want to eat the least toxic(the least amount of pesticides), most mineral and vitamin rich foods. Local seasonal vegetables, locally ranched or regeneratively farmed meats and organs(the most mineral rich food on the planet), wild caught seafood and shellfish(rich in selenium, copper and iodine), and if you can find raw milk and butter. Butter and pastured eggs are an amazing source of ADK and E, these are the fat soluble vitamins. These are the foods they are trying to eliminate from our diet. Vitamin E has been shown to help rid the body of PUFAs where heavy metals can collect. These are foods of robust health and this is why we need to support of local farmers and ranchers. Bone Broth (full of collagen and essential amino acids) will help heal and seal the gut, it's hard to be healthy when your gut is leaky. Eat like your ancestors. Live water, Circadian rhythms, sunshine, breathwork, nature, grounding, sovereignty and positive thinking--This may actually be the most important piece. Start decoupling yourself from the system.
Go to findaspring.com and collect your own water. Watch the sunrise, watch the sunset, go to bed earlier. Your menstrual cycle has everything to do with your circadian rhythms( the rhythms of the Earth) The sun is healing, especially when you are eating well. It is the best source of vitamin d and helps lower inflammation. The more you watch the sunrise, the more your body will be able to handle the sun, especially when supported by an ancestral diet.
Breathwork is a powerful way to alkalize the body and detox heavy metals, yes you detox through the breath. Breathwork is also an amazing tool to hear the voice of your intuition. Break up with toxic friends who don't understand the importance of health and the natural rhythms of life. Don't be afraid to speak your mind. Stand up for your sovereignty and especially the sovereignty over your body. Start growing more of your own food or cooking at home. Stop outsourcing your health out to other people. You know what's best for your body. Do research on duckduckgo, don't be afraid to question an expert. Remember the pharmaceutical industry spends 19 x more money on advertising than on research. You are responsible for you. Spend more time in nature, everything is fine there. Talk your shoes off outside as much as possible. The more you can ground the better you will feel. You are connecting to the earth’s natural biomagnetic field. And
lastly, your body is a divine miracle. The blood pumping to your heart, the light coming through your eyes, the breath you are taking without even thinking about it. The body knows how to heal and adapt. Know that you are strong and resilient because you are. We have been exposed to toxins for decades and we are all still standing. These bodies are gifts, let's all act accordingly and always trust our own intuition.
